This is a delectable take on a classic caesar, is far more substantial & healthier than the original, & feels like a guilty pleasure without a little less guilt. Our trooper can't wait to share this freshness with you today ✨

⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp mayo
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅛+ tsp black pepper (add as much as you wish)
1 Tbsp fresh parmesan

Please feel free to use curly kale if you cannot get lacinato/dino kale or just don't have it on hand. Make it your own and give us a shout!
