The Supreme Court Is Waking Up, Mo Brooks is Trying a Hail Mary and Dershowitz Weighs In

Last week, Representative from Alabama Mo Brooks made the statement that he would challenge the certifications of the Electors in the in the House. It was quickly rebuked by RINO Senator John Corryn from Texas (and we know what comes out of Texas...).

The Supreme Court is going to play a roll in deciding this election, and now that Justice Samuel Alito has heard the Act 77 Lawsuit, the Court is going to rule on it Tuesday morning. Should be the first ruling in a long list of them coming soon.

Alan Dershowitz, an actual Lawyer (doesn't have to play one on Twitter), sees the path to victory involving the Supreme Court, and it ties together the Alito hearing and Mo Brooks plans nicely.
