20 Ton Hydrolic Jack

Hydraulic jack #tooltips This is one of the jacks we use when leveling a house or mobile home. Probably one of the main tools used for releveling.

Kind of heavy to carry, but this is a 20-ton jack hydraulic jack, and that's fairly inexpensive again at harbor freight 40 bucks plus tax 20 tons is a lot of responsibility. So one of the key things you want to remember about maintaining these is the cylinder should always be down when you're done with it. Not laying on the side causes thing to leak more.

But the biggest thing is if you leave the cylinder up it rust that cylinder and then when you slide it up and down it messes up the rubber gasket where doesn't have as long a life. Same with the screw top. When you get through, you want to put it down so you can usually go about seven, eight inches and then you have adjustable top.

Also, might consider that for your heavier work. Be sure you understand the responsibility.
