News Now OKC's Tim Harper Gets His Guns Back After His Case is DISMISSED

Mr. Tim Harper, who was arrested in Oklahoma City on November 2019, had the case against him DISMISSED at the beginning of December 2020.

Here he is on December 3, 2020 having his firearms returned to him that had been in the custody of one of his attorneys.
