Soldier Returns From Basic Training But Parents Tested Positive for COVID

Info from Licensor: My brother was away at Basic Training for 5 months. We were planning to surprise our parents but they both tested positive for COVID-19 the day before Thanksgiving. We still did the best we could to surprise them while still wearing marks and staying distant.
