Before Writing Your Thesis- WATCH THIS (Strong Examples)

Are you confused about how to write a strong thesis statement? Lost on where to begin?

Writing a STRONG thesis statement is really hard, it can be very overwhelming for beginners. The goal of this video is to help you understand your essay and give you examples so you can write a strong and clear thesis statement.

I first walk you through the purpose and goals of a strong thesis. Next, I tell you the major pitfalls people fall into when writing a thesis and how to avoid them. Then, I explain, model, and provide an example of how to write a CLOSED thesis statement. I also, go over how to write an OPEN thesis and the PROS and CONS of both. I then go in-depth with you by writing an OPEN and CLOSED thesis in my Batman example. The whole goal is to give you lots of examples of clear and focused thesis statement so that you can write one yourself. Finally, I give you ways to edit and focus your thesis statement.
