There are more complaints against an Oceanside investment company and the man in charge of that business. Team 10 has spoken to several investors who said they gave thousands of dollars to the Pacific Teak Reforestation Project, managed and developed by Pacific Management Group. Ron Fleming is listed as the founder and chairman of the board on the company’s website.
