Dr. Shiva presents data to the Arizona hearing: Data models show the only way for Biden to have statistically caught up with Trump was if democrat votes came in at 130% for Biden and -30% for Trump. Showing that Biden's votes were "weighted" or given a higher value than Trump voters by using decimals.
