2-3 skirt steaks
Marinade
• Bunch of Cilantro
• 3 Garlic gloves
• 1 lime zest and juice
• 1T cumin
• 1t Salt-Pepper
• ½ - ¾ cup olive oil
• 2T brown sugar
• 2T soy sauce
Mix and marinade for 2-6 hours and grill. Slice the steak on the bias (across the grain)
Salsa
• Bunch of Cilantro
• 2 Garlic gloves
• 1 lime zest and juice
• ½ a jalapeno
• 2 plum tomatoes
• Onion slice
• Pinch salt
Chop together
