Food is the foundation for our health. When we get sick we need more nutrients to eliminate toxins and boost our immune system. Eating the right foods will allow us to get well quickly. Chicken soup is great when we're sick. But we need more when inflammation causes damage. Damage needs to be repaired. Antioxidants stop inflammation and repair the damage.
