Pennsylvania Supreme Court Dismisses Act 77 Lawsuit, and the Wisconsin Recount is Complete

As these Election Lawsuits move at light speed, some information needs constant updating. Case and Point, the lawsuit filed by Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell regarding Act 77 has been dismissed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Not because it's unconstitutional, but because they waited too long. So the damage has already been done, so no repercussions? It might get appealed up to the Supreme Court of the United States.

The Wisconsin Recount has finished, netting Biden an additional 83 votes. But, uncovering another unconstitutional flaw in the states mail in balloting. Incoming Lawsuit Tuesday. It might face the same fate as Pennsylvania's, but it will all play out.
