Knox County Board of Health Meeting 11-23-2020

During a special called meeting of the Knox County Board of Health to vote on restricting restaurant capacity to 25% one board member Dr. Drake, while in Arizona, seemed very distracted. Mr. Burleson was talking about how his restaurants could not survive on 25% and how there is no money from the state to be able to help supplement for the lose. Dr. Drake can be seen talking to others and at one point gets up and leaves the meeting.
