Chorizo Stuffed Chicken

A holiday presentation by Stonewall's Kitchen: Chorizo Stuffed Chicken.
Succulent juicy well seasoned, all natural, free range chicken breast stuffed with choice Portuguese chorizo sausage and cheese. Chicken is first cooked in a sous vide and then perfectly seared in pan with cream butter. A side helping of rustic pan fried potatoes compliment this comforting meal and then topped off with Stonewall's famous homemade buttery BBQ sauce. This meal is absolutely divine...enjoy!
