Lifepod by Vaultek - Electrical Problems: intermittent power supply to keypad_Part 2

I believe there's an electrical issue that Vaultek need to fix regarding power supply to the keypad from both internal & external sources....this video is pretty self explanatory but I don't see a user work-around.
