How to Re-Paste a Gaming Laptop (Alienware M15 R1)

A quick tutorial on how to re-paste a laptop to lower its operating temperature and lower the fan noise! I'm using an Alienware M15 R1 for this project, but the process is virtually identical for most gaming laptops (at least those that are serviceable by users).
