2020 Summer Garden Harvest

Fall is suddenly upon us, and it is bringing winter with it, so it is time to harvest everything we have left in the garden and get it put back into the pantry.

This year has been, well, interesting to say the least. 2020 has been the year of the crazy, and our garden is no exception. We planted late (mid to late July) and our sheep got in and ate all the peppers nearly down to the ground.

We have enjoyed a lot of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and squash throughout the late part of the summer, but we needed to get all of our garden harvested. In fact, the next day we had snow and sleet, and the lows were in the upper 20's.
