The manual recount in Georgia seems to indicate that there are ballots for the votes. They issue is that many are perfectly filled out (of a machine) and oversea military votes almost all for Biden - Does anyone believe that? But the local fraudsters can not just add a bunch fake ballots and throw some Trump-ballots away, because then they will end up like in Detroit with more votes than people living in the district, and stuff that just looks really obvious. So everywhere they were cheating a little, but then they got the order to shut down the counting and REALLY cheat in the needed cities.
