Was the Georgia legislature informed of this? Lin Wood maintains that Brad Raffensperger, Georgia's chief election official, entered into an agreement he had "no legal right to enter." Sydney Powell talks about the Georgia race. Trump's Executive order on November 2nd, was there NESARA language inside this document? Is it a covert beginning of the NESARA protocols?
