I am a Montana artist residing in the beautiful high plains desert in southwestern Montana, also called the Big Sky Country! My paintings are heavily inspired by the colorful skies and it's effect on the colors of the land. I work primarily in oil sticks, and sometimes tubed oils using the CYMK palette. The vast majority of what I share here on Rumble involves my creative process: paintings, time lapses, tips, techniques, and how I do some of the technical and marketing tasks involved with being an artist today.

In 2000, I left a corporate job of 19 years, sold my house the next day and drove 1000 miles from Minneapolis to Montana the next day. I didn't know anyone here at the time, but have found a love filled life and am so glad I followed my passion, and hope you do too! PASSION ON!!
