It's real, and there's a reason for it. 2020 has been a chaotic year for all of us, and the calamity is just getting started. Join me as I explore the intense feeling of preparedness and expectation that millions around the world are experiencing. Your sense of impending doom is not all in your head. Jesus predicted these end times, and preparedness is necessary. He told us what to expect, and millions of others are being nudged by the holy spirit that something big is on the horizon. Summer is near! Join me, and I'll help you decipher what that phrase means, and why you're feeling the way you are. In this first episode, I'll introduce the topic of why so many of us are feeling the need to prepare for what's coming, and why we feel so unsettled about the future.

In this episode, we explore parts of Matthew 24, one of the most famous chapters in the New Testament. Christ told his disciples about the end of the world and his second coming, and thus he told us as well. This is what he said:

“Now learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branches bud and its leaves begin to sprout, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things, you can know his return is very near, right at the door. I tell you the truth, this generation[j] will not pass from the scene until all these things take place. Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear.

“However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows. (Matthew 24:32-36)
