Volvo Penta 4.3GXI - Serpentine Belt Popping Off --SLOW MOTION--

2008 Monterey 194FS boat with a Volvo Penta 4.3 GXI-G engine. The serpentine belt is continuously popping off. We filmed the engine running in slow motion and now believe the power steering pump is the culprit. The main shaft out of the power steering pump has a lot of slop in it.... allowing the pulley to move in and out.... JUST enough to throw the belt (we believe)....
