The main point of this book is that you must set your target 10x greater than what you think you can achieve, and take action 10x greater than what you think you can do. This method allows you, or better yet, forces you to stretch yourself. Reach for goals you think are out of touch. By forcing yourself to stretch, you force yourself to do more in order to achieve more. It's a simple method to understand, but hardly anyone does it. Why? Because it forces you out of your comfort zone...constantly.
