As the coronavirus continues to impact the US economy, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin is pulling the plug on programs designed to help small businesses hurt by the pandemic. Mnuchin is asking the Federal Reserve to return unused money for programs that are set to expire at the end of the year, saying they've quote - 'clearly achieved their objective'.
