Make your salads pop Restaurant style with this simple but yet tasting salad dressing.

Make your salads pop, use this vinaigrette for your favorite pasta salad, greens and vegetable salad, or chicken pasta salads. The possibilities are endless with this restaurant style salad dressing. Make it pop!

Balsamic Vinaigrette:
This recipe keeps for about a week or two. Refrigerated it properly
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsps. Dijon Mustard or regular mustard
1 tsp salt and black pepper (or add salt and black pepper to taste)
2 minced garlic 1tsp honey (optional I did not use in this recipe)
1 shallot diced

Balsamic vinegar is so diverse that you can use this recipe to marinate your meats and make them pop with a blast of flavor.
