Keto Cinnamon Rolls With Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
Carbquik Bake Mix by Tova Industries, 2-undefined cup (226g / 7.97 oz)
Swerve Confectioners Sugar , ¼ cup (36g / 1.27 oz)
Butter, 8 tablespoon (114g / 4.02 oz)
Cinnamon, Ground, 2 tablespoon (16g / 0.56 oz)
Water, ⅔ cup (158g / 5.57 oz)
Instructions
Oven 375 f Pinwheels
1. Place the carbquik into a mixing bowl and slowly add the water. Mix until it forms a ball and then knead for a couple minutes until the dough is elastic. Set aside to rest.
2. In a large bowl, add 1/4 cup of the Swerve, cinnamon, and 8 tablespoons of softened butter and mix until you have a thick, smooth paste. Set aside.
3. Roll the dough out between two pieces of
parchment paper to about 1/8" thick approx. 10"x12" rectangle
4. Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly to the edges of the dough.
5. Roll up into a log
6. use a serrated edge knife and gently saw
the log into 12 even slices
7. place each slice into a muffin pan
8. Bake @ 375 degrees for 15
minutes (golden brown)
Cream Cheese Butter Cream Icing Place one 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
softened and one 8 oz stick of softened butter into a bowl and beat until smooth. Add 1/4 cup
swerve and 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat again until smooth. Add 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and whip until fluffy.
