Evidence of Vote Switching and Data

By definition, vote tallies can only go up! If votes go down, someone deleted votes, and when votes move from one candidate to another, someone dragged and dropped votes within the software! That is database manipulation, proof that someone had access to and manipulated our vote tallies!
