➤ Well i don't know if this was a sign or not but i legit almost died at the gym while i was picking up my weights!!!! It's funny because the first thing that pop in my head was if i should stop working out and it was a sign or not lol

1.wide pull-ups 5 sets of 10 reps (try no crossing your legs)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2.Single arm dumbbell rows 5 sets of 15 reps (attempt to go heavy with these while keeping the form tight)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3.Close grip pull-ups 4 sets of 12 reps (biggest tip that I can give yall is close your eyes an feel your mid upper back working as you perform this experience a lot of people use there biceps more instead)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4.Standing dumbbell rows 4 sets of 15 reps (the higher you go up when performing this exercise the more you work your upper back)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5.Bench dumbbell rows 4 sets of 15 reps (keep your chest up on the pad of the bench don’t let it sink down for a much bigger contraction)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Narrow grip pull-downs 4 sets of 12 reps (focus on detail here don’t just move the weight control it on the way down slow and on the way up. You won’t be able to do a lot of weight but you will grow a bigger back🤷🏼‍♂️)
