I made Homemade Blackberry Kefir Soda, I wanted something to drink that wasn't loaded with all the junk that store bought sodas have so I decided to try making this. It came out really good for my first try and I'll be making more flavors and will probably make a more detailed video then.

Ingredients:
3.5oz kefir whey
4oz fresh blackberry juice
1 tsp raw honey
topped off with water in a quart sized mason jar and let ferment for a day or two.
