Spaghetti Vegetarian waterless cooking kitchen craft

Today on Mise en Thym
Vegetarian Spaghetti!!!
This spaghetti sauce is a family favorite and takes no time at all to prepare.

60g of Onion
2 celery stalks small dice
2 garlic cloves minced
1 bay leaf
1 cup burgundy or chianti
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
3 cans diced tomatoes with juices
1 can tomato sauce
35g sundried tomatoes pureed
