What is a Natural Born Citizen & Is Kamala Harris Eligible for Vice President?

The U.S. Constitution states a person must be a Natural Born Citizen to be President. The Law of Nations and Supreme Court clarify what a Natural Born Citizen is. To be eligible a person should be required to go through the vetting process to show they meet the eligibility requirements, and a refusal to cooperate should be elimination from being qualified.
Additionally, The 14th Amendment eliminates Kamala Harris, as well as many other elected officials, from holding office.
