Dall’s porpoise

Dall’s porpoises Boundary Pass / Haro Strait. August 2003. The Dall’s porpoise, also known as the spray porpoise, is the fastest swimming member of the dolphin family, capable of speeds up to about 30 knots. The sailboat does about 6 knots, these animals just love to be around boats.
