Limits on yard waste pickups and city's next garbage contract

Over the last few weeks, Omaha residents have had to deal with an annual fall tradition of picking up yard waste and limitations on what they can put on their curb for pickup on garbage day. On top of that, the city is getting ready to transition to a new garbage contractor.
