Phlatbed connects you to local pre-screened drivers who will pick-up and deliver your Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist items. This includes household items like furniture, grills, and any large items from retailers like Home Depot, IKEA, Costco, Walmart etc.

TIPS:
- You can see each drivers profile and reviews before accepting a driver
- If you accept a driver, tap the drivers profile picture for direct contact (cell phone etc)
- Text drivers before accepting, tap My Orders (bottom of your screen) - View Drivers
- Payment is NOT released to drivers until your delivery is completed
- Give enough time between pick up and delivery time (a few hours) or dates (few days)
- Include accurate information + PICTURES on your order, as much details as possible
- Flexibility is key, drivers are really trying to help, it's a close-knit community
- Don't leave drivers hanging, follow through on your order, they've made the time for you
- Allow 10 - 20 minutes for driver responses since they have to read your post entirely

- If you accept the bid after your order expiration date, you may coordinate with the driver on scheduling since the driver may not be immediately available outside of the original time window
