Why is it that coffee from different parts of the world taste so differently? And how can some coffee taste delicious and sometimes taste just... bad? It’s the same plant, so coffee should just be coffee right?
Turns out, the answer is no. There is a quite a lot that goes into what makes the flavor of each region's coffee taste different, as well as a lot of reasons for why coffee tastes good, and why coffee tastes bad.
