HOW TO MAKE A MEXICAN HOT DOG | CRISPY DOG

In this video, I show you how to make a Mexican hot dog, also called a crispy dog.

*****INGREDIENTS*****
2 Hot dogs
2 Corn Tortillas
2 Slices of cheese
1/4 cup oil for frying
Ketchup for serving

*****DIRECTIONS*****
1) Heat oil to 350º
2) Make a long cut along the length of the hot dogs, without cutting through
3) Slice cheese into strips, place cheese in hot dog cut.
4) Microwave corn tortillas for 20 seconds to soften
5) Wrap hot dogs in corn tortillas and place in hot oil seam side down
6) Sear each side 2-3 minutes, until crispy dog is crispy and cheese is melty
7) Serve with ketchup or mustard, and enjoy
