HOME BURNS TO GROUND, LIVINGSTON TEXAS, 11/07/20...

Home Burns to Ground, No Injuries, LIVINGSTON, November 7, 2020 - At approximately 5:45 pm on November 7, 2020, fire departments from Scenic Loop, Livingston, and Holiday Lake Estates were dispatched to 151 Raymond Road (off FM-350 South) for a house fire. The house completely burned and caught the woods on fire, and a travel trailer that was located in the yard. The owner of the home, Joe Meadows, 41, of Livingston, was not home during the fire. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Meadows did not have homeowner's insurance. Deputy Ethan Placker with the Polk County Sheriff's Office initiated a preliminary investigation.
