20201106 Counting Ballots - The Daily Summation

COVID-19 has been an unprecedented situation for people of the current time. Nobody's likely seen anything like it for around a hundred years. I recognize that can be disputed, but I'll let it stand as an idea.

That said, we've definitely known about its existence since January or at latest, the beginning of February.

That should have been more than enough time to figure out how to handle a national election in early November.
