How to Remove a Climate Control Cluster (HVAC Control Module) - 2010 Subaru Outback
"A HVAC Control Module can stop working for several reasons. Sometimes the AC Climate Control hook that is connected to the knob falls off. Sometimes the ac/heater climate control switch circuits malfunction, sometimes the ac heater climate control unit works but the cooling stopped working.
If replacing the ac/heater climate control head/module does not fix your HVAC Control System, then the issue could be with the hoses. For example, a hose leak could cause cooling to feel lukewarm. I hope this video helps with removing and replacing the ac heater climate control unit.
