A migrant who was previously deported by former Deputy Prime Minister of Italy, Matteo Salvini’s has arrived once again in Lampedusa, Italy. During an interview, the illegal celebrated Salvini’s controversial removal and boasts about the large number of Tunisians leaving daily for Europe, “more are leaving every day. Every day. Yesterday, I heard two other boats left at one, at one in the night.“

illegal migrants previously deported by Salvini are embolden by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte new open borders government, “Now, right now, the law is changing. When they hear that they are not sending the boys back, you will see what happens further on. Within a week, you’ll see. Every day.“

Italy’s new leftist government headed by Conte has kept its promise to reverse Salvini’s immigration stance, which empowered Italy to refuse NGO human trafficking vessels to enter their seaports. The number of migrants arriving on the Italian shores in September of 2019 is more than twice the number that arrived in September of 2018. More than 2,000 immigrants have arrived in Italy in the month of September alone.

Conte appointed pro-mass migration Luciana Lamorgese to replace Matteo Salvini in Italy’s new radical left government. Conte made it clear he stands with the European Union, Merkel and Macron and will no longer protect Italy’s borders.

As reported previously by RAIR Foundation USA, given this policy change by Conte, many Italians feel unrepresented by this new government. Salvini has pledged to create a government for the Italian people not one “produced by Paris and Berlin, born out of a fear of giving up power, without dignity and without ideals, with the wrong people in the wrong place.” Not surprisingly, a recent poll by the newspaper Il Giornale on September 19 shows that Salvini would win an election by a landslide margin.
