United States of Anger - Book Trailer
United States of Anger. Why Linda Sarsour's Rage and Far Left Violence Cannot Move Mountains. Thoughts of a British Muslim Conservative.
This timely book is detox for the mind through depolarization of conversation. Written by a British-Bangladeshi Muslim Conservative, he responds to Linda Sarsour, an American-Palestinian Muslim Socialist. It addresses the toxic nature of debate in America and the need for better understanding between Conservatives (the Right) and Liberals/Socialists (the Left). Civil debate is the way forward, and this book should be viewed as a precursor to a continuous dialogue. The author and Linda Sarsour practice the same religion of Islam, but are poles apart politically. Hence, the ensuing discourse, dialogue and debate should be interesting.Toxicity has also been observed in violent protests after the tragic murder of George Floyd. The peaceful movement of Black Lives Matter has been hijacked by thugs and Marxists who exploit Floyd's murder to promote their agenda of dismantling Capitalism through burning of buildings, violence and intimidation. This is addressed in detail and Sarsour's support of such violence is critiqued, as well as her and her comrades' deafening silence on other gross injustices. This book is also a wake-up call for Muslims who have succumbed to the temptations of Socialist activism, which seeks to undermine traditional Judeo-Christian-Muslim values and similar values espoused by other faiths. The reader may end up agreeing with most of the author's arguments and may be surprised to learn that they, too, are Conservatives. If the reader disagrees with most of the book, then the author invites them to engage'.
A message to Americans, from my American publisher, Dr. Melissa Caudle, "In America come November 3, 2020 we have one of the most important elections coming before us as we vote for our next Commander in Chief -- the President of the United States. I'm not here to tell you how to vote, I'm not here to say who I am voting for, however, I am here to say that we ALL need to vote and make our voices heard. For me, it is a privilege to vote. I don't know about you, but I like to be armed with knowledge about the candidates and issues before me. That's why I think I enjoyed reading TODAY'S BOOK OF THE DAY, "United States in Anger," by Hasan Ali Imam. Take a look at the book."
