Drain Demolished to Rescue Stranded Puppy

Info from Licensor: "This puppy was stuck in a catch pit of rainwater line. I was going through the road and heard the screaming of the puppy. It was a weekend and it was raining heavily. I thought that if the puppy was not rescued right now, then it may die due to rainwater flow, hunger, and cold. Moreover, the next two days are Government holiday. So, I called the National Emergency number and they referred me to the number of the City Corporation offices. I called them to rescue the poor puppy and they responded very sharply. I would like thank to the National Emergency Service and the Local City Corporation office for this generous step to save the life of a poor puppy."
