Rough seas and severe winds caused huge sprays of sea foam to spill over onto the pavements and the roads opposite the Mouille Point slipway on Wednesday. The foam deposits later found its way across the road, making for hazardous driving conditions. VIDEO: Herman Gibbs/ANA (dKu)
