SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - 19 March 2019 - Loadshedding continues in parts of Cape Town. Businesses suffer as less customers come to their stores, they find themselves unable to do computerised documentation and their work is halted or slowed down resulting in them having to catch up later. Some have limited UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply) usage and use this for the basic business requirements. Picture: Courtney Africa/African News Agency(ANA) (8uD)
