A memorial service with a bypass of fire engines and emergency vehicles was held on Friday afternoon at the Goodwood community hall for Makosandile Mbhokhwe, divisional commander in the City of Cape Town’s Fire and Rescue Services, who died on Sunday of Covid-19 complications.
