South Africa - Durban - 14 October 2019 - DA Ethekwini Cllr Nicole Graham, Chief Whip Mmabatho Tsepe and DA Cllr executive committee Yoga Govender visited the historic Durban landmark on the 14 October 2019 that has always been a significant tourist destination, Rachel Finlayson Swimming Pool to check the bad state of the much loved facility of the local residents.
