SOUTH AFRICA - Cape Town - 10 April 2019 - The Western Cape Education Department is warning parents to be vigilant after a 12 year old boy who is in grade 5 at Huguenot Primary School in Tafelsig, Mitchell's Plain was kidnapped in Huguenot Street and injected with an unknown drug.
