Driver Looking for Photo Shoot Startles Passing Cyclist

Info from Licensor: "My friend and I were filming my 666hp Mitsubishi Evo in the leaves and a guy on a bike rode by. I waited until he was a good distance away from me and I did a pull for the shot. The transient guy on the bike was looking behind him at my car and fell over after losing his balance. He tried to blame me for hitting him and I tried to apologize for scaring him and making him fall, but he wasn’t having any apology. I asked if he needed help or anything and he replied to me by saying 'fuck you.' He wanted my name and phone number and at that point, I drove away. I think the guy was looking to create a scene or get money somehow."
