UPDATE 2: Court puts brakes on UDM court battle to have Bobani reinstated (ikB)

The UDM's lawyer Lionel Trichardt says the court has only ruled on the urgency of the matter, not on the merits of the case in which the party sought to have Mongameli Bobani reinstated as Nelson Mandela Bay deputy mayor.
