LVMPD participates in National Faith and Blue Weekend

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is joining other law enforcement agencies throughout the nation to participate in National Faith and Blue Weekend, Oct. 9-12. The event brings attention to police-community engagement programs that connect with residents through local houses of worship. LVMPD partners with several different religious affiliations throughout the valley to get access and insight into different communities, cultures, and faiths. By doing this LVMPD forms more lasting partnerships that bridge the gap between law enforcement and residents.
