The Vine

It's hard to keep life in the balance. It was hard for Mary and Martha who were about to throw a party for Jesus thousands of years ago and it is even harder today. We need to make choices in order to "stay in the vine" (keep ourselves locked into God's winning mindset). Jesus promised to leave his peace with us - a peace that passes all understanding. It's ours for the taking. But life distracts us from the unconditional love and peace that God provides and we tend to complicate hanging out with God too.

Listen to the song The Vine and think about your life, your situation. It is only when you give Him all your emotion and devotion that the real breakthrough comes and life flows with His peace all day long, day after day.
